Tell us about your situation in a short note. We will identify two or three clients whose engagements were similar and reach out to them on your behalf — never sharing your details until they have agreed to be introduced.
A 15–20 minute conversation, scheduled at the client's convenience. They will share what working with us was actually like — strengths and rough edges both — without us in the room.

A 30-minute introductory call, no slides. Bring your last close — or the lack of one — and we will follow up with a one-page read on what we would do in the first 90 days.
